Susan Lurie MD
Dr. Susan Lurie is a Board-Certified Family Medicine Physician with over 20 years of medical experience that includes, pediatric, women, men and geriatric care. She is a Chicago, IL native.
Dr. Lurie attended Northwestern University in Evanston, IL where she graduated with her BA, she then earned her medical degree from Rush Medical College in Chicago, IL in 1996 and completed her Family Medicine Residency at Northwestern University Affiliate St. Joseph Hospital in Chicago, IL. During this time, she was elected Chief Resident until 1999. She continued to serve the Chicago, IL community until 2009.
In 2009 Dr. Susan Lurie moved to Miami Beach, Florida and since then has built a thriving Family Medicine Practice in the Miami Beach Area.
She is a preventive care advocate and promotes healthy living habits to live a prolonged life. Dr. Lurie is loved and respected by her peers, patients and community. She is fluent in English, Spanish and Russian.
Emanuella Miranda ARNP, FNP-BC
Meet our office Family Nurse Practitioner. Many of our patients know her by “Emma”. Emma earned her Master’s in nursing in 2019 and soon after continued her education and earned her Masters of Science degree as a Family Nurse Practitioner in 2020 from the Miami Regional University. Emma has worked for Dr. Lurie for over 5 years. Her love for healthcare and compassion for patients has made her an asset to our practice. Member of the ANCC.
Emma is a Boca Raton, FL native, who speaks English, Portuguese and Spanish.
